Firefighter Fitness is a combination of functional performance training and bootcamp exercises. The functional training aspect is geared towards increasing the health of any individual, athlete, non-athlete. Movements and exercises are based on daily activities any person can reasonably expect to do during the course of their day. The bootcamp aspect of the workout involves using a variety of exercise equipment such as kettle bells, plyo boxes, exercise bands, and body weight exercises to perform full body strength and power exercises in a circuit or high intensity interval with moderate rest.- maybe clean this up?
Trainers use time based intervals, meaning the workouts can accommodate a wide range of fitness levels while keeping the workouts flowing smoothly from one exercise to the next. Our trainers are energetic and motivating while being highly qualified, so they know what it takes for smart programming, dedication, hard work and getting positive results.
Firefighter Fitness training targets all comments of fitness while offering camaraderie and support of people who encourage each other towards getting in the best shape of their lives. It’s a training program that gets results through motivation, effort, and a common goal. Just move!!!
