Alex took over as my trainer in June 2014, and I’ve seen nothing except spectacular results ever since (in mid-September I’m about 25 pounds lighter and much stronger). He’s eager, encouraging, and demanding. I have several age-related conditions (arthritis and other osteo-related injuries) and Alex has been extremely inventive in developing workarounds that don’t aggravate those conditions. He’s proven that he’s dedicated foremost to my well-being and health, and is always ready with encouragement. I highly recommend Alex to anyone who is looking for a demanding, but highly competent, personal trainer. -Mercer H.

Alex is motivating and encouraging no matter what your fitness goals or level. He works with your skill level, but still challenges you to push yourself. After every workout I am exhausted and after having worked with him for three months, feel much stronger and healthier! -Jehae K.

I have been seeing Alex since Feb 2012 and he is one of the main reasons I have stayed active. As much as I “hate” him during our workouts, his innovative training methods have pushed me beyond anything I thought I could do physically and has redefined in my mind what I am capable of accomplishing. “Where did you get that BUTT?! I don’t remember it being so round and firm!” I was on the phone with my mom, who had recently been in town for the Christmas holiday. She hadn’t seen me since I started my Firefighter Fitness journey several months before, and was delighted at the sight of my new and improved derriere! I told her: “A few goblet squats, lunges, jump squats, broad jumps…” I looked back and gave my booty a little pat. I guess all of those days that I left boot camp with my legs and glutes on fire actually paid off! I’ve definitely noticed a wonderful change in my body and I’m so thankful for our awesome trainers! -Brittany
